The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

org.apache.cxf:cxf-core is an an open source services framework. CXF helps you build and develop services using frontend programming APIs, like JAX-WS and JAX-RS.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through StaxUtils in core/src/main/java/org/apache/cxf/staxutils/StaxUtils.java. An attacker can exhaust memory and CPU by sending a very large XML document that is parsed without default limits on total element count or total character count. When CXF processes attacker-controlled XML and builds a DOM from it, such as during SAAJ or WS-Security handling, the oversized document can drive excessive parsing work and resource consumption until the service becomes unresponsive.
