Overview

org.apache.cxf:cxf-rt-rs-security-oauth2 is a services framework.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition through the removeCodeGrant method in the JPA OAuth2 authorization code grant provider. A remote attacker can obtain multiple valid access tokens from one authorization code by sending concurrent token exchange requests that race the provider’s non-atomic lookup and deletion against a shared relational database using READ_COMMITTED isolation.
