org.apache.cxf:cxf-rt-rs-security-jose is a services framework.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncontrolled Resource Consumption due to improper input validation of the p2c parameter. An attacker can cause the application to consume excessive resources and become unresponsive by specifying a large value for this parameter in a token.
