How to fix?

Upgrade org.apache.pinot:pinot-server to version 0.10.0 or higher.

Overview

org.apache.pinot:pinot-server is a real-time distributed OLAP datastore, built to deliver scalable real-time analytics with low latency. It can ingest from batch data sources (such as Hadoop HDFS, Amazon S3, Azure ADLS, Google Cloud Storage) as well as stream data sources (such as Apache Kafka).

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncontrolled Recursion. In pinot installations that allow open access to the controller, a specially crafted request can potentially be exploited to cause disruption in the pinot service.
