How to fix?

Upgrade org.apache.storm:storm-server to version 3.1.0 or higher.

Overview

org.apache.storm:storm-server is a distributed realtime computation system.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation due to the lack of validation on the dependency_jars and dependency_artifacts lists during topology submission. An attacker can cause unauthorized deletion of blobs belonging to other tenants or disrupt cluster operations by submitting topology dependency keys that reference blobs they do not own or that do not exist. This can result in cross-tenant data loss and a denial of service, as the cluster may repeatedly lose leadership and become unable to schedule, clean up, or accept new submissions.
