How to fix?

Upgrade org.apache.storm:storm-server to version 3.1.0 or higher.

Overview

org.apache.storm:storm-server is a distributed realtime computation system.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization due to insufficient validation of topology.blobstore.map during the rebalance process. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to blobstore contents by submitting configuration overrides during a rebalance operation, allowing retrieval of blobs for which they do not have access rights. Additionally, the lack of authorization checks in listBlobs enables disclosure of all blobstore key names to any caller with access to the Nimbus Thrift port, which can facilitate further unauthorized access.
