Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Unsynchronized Access to Shared Data in a Multithreaded Context via the buildMessageFormat function in AbstractLocalizedTextProvider. When concurrently served requests format a localized message containing a date or time argument, the shared MessageFormat can mix arguments between responses or throw an exception, exposing one user’s value in another user’s response or causing a server error. Applications whose localized messages do not format date or time arguments are not affected.
