Overview

org.apache.tomcat:tomcat is an implementation of the Java Servlet, JavaServer Pages, Java Expression Language and Java WebSocket technologies.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the WebSocket chat example. An attacker can exhaust system resources by sending a large number of requests to the WebSocket chat endpoint, potentially leading to service disruption.
