Overview
org.graylog2:graylog2-server is a log management platform.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authorization through the update flow in ViewsResource for saved searches and dashboards. An attacker can gain owner-level control over a view by sending an update request with a share change, allowing them to assign ownership to an arbitrary account. A user with edit access but without ownership can use this path to take over sharing on the target dashboard or saved search, then delete it or remove the original owner’s access. The impact is unauthorized ownership changes on the affected view objects, breaking access control for those resources.
