How to fix?

There is no fixed version for org.java-websocket:Java-WebSocket.

Overview

org.java-websocket:Java-WebSocket is a barebones WebSocket server and client implementation written in 100% Java.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the processFrameContinuousAndNonFin function in Draft_6455.java of the fragmentation handler. An attacker can exhaust server resources by sending crafted fragmented WebSocket frames that manipulate the continuous/non-final frame processing path. This can force the application to allocate excessive memory or related resources, degrading or crashing the WebSocket service for connected users.
