org.jenkins-ci.main:jenkins-core is an open source automation server.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Access Control. An incorrect permissions validation vulnerability was found in Jenkins. The permissions to temporary created files are only checked after they have been created. This may allow an attacker to get access to restricted data.
