How to fix?

Upgrade org.jenkins-ci.main:jenkins-core to version 1.586 or higher.

Overview

org.jenkins-ci.main:jenkins-core is an open-source automation server.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attacks. It does not set the secure flag on session cookies when running on Tomcat 7.0.41 or later, which makes it easier for remote attackers to capture cookies by intercepting their transmission within an HTTP session.
