org.jenkins-ci.main:jenkins-core is an open source automation server.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Ephemeral User Record Creation via the getUser function. A malicious user without Overall/Read permission could access a specific URL on instances using the built-in Jenkins user database security realm that results in the creation of an ephemeral user record in memory.
