Overview

org.jenkins-ci.plugins:gitlab-plugin is an allows GitLab to trigger builds in Jenkins when code is committed or merge requests are opened / updated. It can also send build status back to GitLab.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure as it does not use a constant-time comparison when checking whether the provided and expected webhook tokens are equal. Exploiting this vulnerability could allow attackers to use statistical methods to obtain a valid webhook token.
