org.jenkins-ci.plugins:email-ext is a plugin that allows you to configure every aspect of email notifications.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Access Control. This allows attackers with Overall/Read permission to check for the existence of files in the email-templates/ directory in the Jenkins home directory on the controller file system.
