How to fix?

There is no fixed version for org.jenkins-ci.plugins:oic-auth.

Overview

org.jenkins-ci.plugins:oic-auth is a Jenkins plugin which lets you login to Jenkins using your own, self-hosted or public openid connect server.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Open Redirect when it improperly determines that a redirect URL after login is legitimately pointing to Jenkins. This allows attackers to perform phishing attacks by having users go to a Jenkins URL that will forward them to a different site after successful authentication.
