Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via readNEVariables(). An attacker can exhaust the JVM heap memory by sending a large number of unique Telnet NEW-ENVIRON variable pairs before the terminating IAC SE byte, resulting in an OutOfMemoryError.
