org.keycloak:keycloak-core is an open source identity and access management solution.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key validation in the user property mapper handling for ClientRegistrationAuth and related DCR token processing. An attacker with a standard user account and a limited Initial Access Token can register a client with a User Property mapper that writes into sensitive internal claims such as realm_access or resource_access, forging administrative roles in the resulting access token. That forged token can then be used to impersonate privileged access, take over other clients, and expose confidential client secrets or realm administration capabilities.
