How to fix?

There is no fixed version for org.msgpack:msgpack-core.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncontrolled Recursion due to recursive deserialization in MessageUnpacker.unpackValue() in msgpack-core/src/main/java/org/msgpack/core/MessageUnpacker.java. An attacker can trigger StackOverflowError by supplying MessagePack payloads with deeply nested arrays or maps. This causes per-request deserialization failures in applications that unpack untrusted MessagePack data, breaking request handling for affected threads and denying service for those requests.
