Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

org.postgresql:postgresql is a Java JDBC 4.2 (JRE 8+) driver for PostgreSQL database.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Sensitive Information in Resource Not Removed Before Reuse in the ByteStreamWriter, CopyIn.writeToCopy, PGCopyOutputStream.write, LargeObject.write, or Blob.setBytes processes. An attacker can retrieve sensitive information from previous statements by supplying data shorter than the declared length, causing the padding to include bytes from earlier traffic. This is only exploitable if the attacker can both store and subsequently read back such a value.
