org.springframework.cloud:spring-cloud-config-server is a library that provides an HTTP resource-based API for external configuration.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition through the spring.cloud.config.server.svn.basedir process. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information or modify repository data by exploiting a race condition between the time of check and time of use when cloning SVN repositories.
