Overview

org.springframework.session:spring-session-core is a library for Spring Session

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure for applications using HeaderHttpSessionIdResolver. Session IDs can be logged to the standard output stream, which can allow users to hijack sessions of other users.

Workaround

This vulnerability can be avoided by using a copy of HeaderHttpSessionIdResolver with the line System.out.println(headerValue); removed.
