Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the parse method of the ExpressionParser class. An attacker can block the main thread of the client, on every re-resolution when the bound data changes, by supplying a formatString call with a template that has a very large number of ${...} parts and binding it to a dynamic property such as a TextField label. The attacker must be able to supply the template value, for example as a remote agent that the client connects to.
