Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to SQL Injection via the database-query custom resource handlers, where user-controlled construct property values such as user names, comments, or passwords are interpolated into SQL statements without adequate sanitization. An attacker who can influence these construct property values can execute arbitrary SQL with Amazon Redshift superuser privileges, including granting access to all cluster users.
