How to fix?

Upgrade aws-cdk-lib to version 2.246.0 or higher.

Overview

aws-cdk-lib is a Version 2 of the AWS Cloud Development Kit library

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Command Injection via the NodejsFunction() local bundling pipeline, when an attacker controls the value of one or more of the properties externalModules, define, loader, inject, or esbuildArgs. The attacker can inject shell metacharacters to execute arbitrary commands on the host running the CDK toolchain.

Note: This is fixed in 2.245.0 for all platforms but Windows.
