Upgrade electron
to version 8.5.2, 9.3.1, 10.1.2, 11.0.0-beta.6 or higher.
Overview
electron is a framework which lets you write cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Access Control. Apps using both contextIsolation
and sandbox: true
or nativeWindowOpen: true
are affected. Code running in the main world context in the renderer can reach into the isolated Electron context and perform privileged actions.
