The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

electron is a framework which lets you write cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to External Control of System or Configuration Setting via the window.open. An attacker can cause the main process to access attacker-controlled file or network paths by supplying malicious window options in the features string.
Note: This is only exploitable if untrusted content can invoke window.open and the application does not override child window options using setWindowOpenHandler or explicitly set overrideBrowserWindowOptions.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by returning { action: 'deny' } from setWindowOpenHandler for untrusted content, or by supplying overrideBrowserWindowOptions to explicitly set every window option.
