Overview

electron is a framework which lets you write cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Privilege Escalation. It allowed local users to gain privileges via a Trojan horse Node.js module in a parent directory of a directory named on a require line.
