Upgrade @factor/cli to version 3.0.1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via improper invalidation of a user’s session even after the user logs out of the application. In addition, user sessions are stored in the browser’s local storage, which does not have an expiration time.
