How to fix?

Upgrade @fastify/accepts-serializer to version 6.0.4 or higher.

Overview

@fastify/accepts-serializer is a Serializer according to the accept header

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the unbounded caching of serializer-selection results keyed by the Accept header. An attacker can exhaust system memory and cause a crash by sending numerous unique Accept header values, leading to uncontrolled cache growth.
