The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

@fastify/multipart is a Multipart plugin for Fastify
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the multipart request handler in index.js when a request body ends inside a file part with no closing boundary. The plugin destroys the in-progress file stream without propagating the parser error, so a handler that iterates parts with request.parts() and performs asynchronous work before consuming part.file attaches pipeline() or toBuffer() to a stream that never emits an error or end event. The request never responds and the connection stays open, allowing an unauthenticated remote client to repeat malformed uploads against such a route to accumulate pending connections and exhaust server resources.
Note: This is only exploitable when the application uses a delayed file consumer - that is, a handler that performs asynchronous work before consuming part.file.
