Overview
kibana is an open source (Apache Licensed), browser-based analytics and search dashboard for Elasticsearch.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input via the Timelion visualization plugin when processing specially crafted Timelion expressions. An attacker can cause excessive memory allocation and render the service unavailable by submitting a maliciously constructed expression.
