Overview
kibana is an open source (Apache Licensed), browser-based analytics and search dashboard for Elasticsearch.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the handling of compressed request payloads before authorization checks. An attacker can exhaust memory and CPU resources by sending specially crafted compressed requests, potentially causing the service to become unresponsive or crash.
