Overview
kibana is an open source (Apache Licensed), browser-based analytics and search dashboard for Elasticsearch.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the Timelion visualization feature. An attacker can cause the service to exhaust available memory and become unavailable to all users by submitting a specially crafted visualization expression containing deeply chained function calls.
