Overview
kibana is an open source (Apache Licensed), browser-based analytics and search dashboard for Elasticsearch.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the validation capability of the Observability log analysis feature. An attacker can exhaust available memory and render the service unavailable to all users by submitting specially crafted requests with minimal privileges.
