Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Injection via the Mermaid artifact renderer. An attacker can execute arbitrary JavaScript within the application context and escalate this to run arbitrary system commands on the victim's machine by leveraging the exposed electronAPI IPC bridge.
Note: The vulnerability only affects the Desktop implementation.
