How to fix?

Upgrade @nx/docker to version 22.7.8, 23.1.1 or higher.

Overview

@nx/docker is a The Nx Plugin for Docker to aid in containerizing projects.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Command Injection via the docker tag, docker push, and docker images calls in the release pipeline, where registry URL, repository name, version scheme, --docker-version, and NX_DOCKER_IMAGE_REF values are interpolated directly into shell command strings without escaping. An attacker who controls any of these values can inject shell metacharacters (e.g. ;) to execute arbitrary commands on the release machine.
