Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization due to over-trusting of positional carrier executables in the src/infra/exec-approvals-allowlist.ts process. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to privileged operations by routing commands through dispatch wrappers, resulting in broader allowlist entries than intended.
