CWE-863  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade @openclaw/bluebubbles to version 2026.2.12 or higher.

Overview

@openclaw/bluebubbles is an OpenClaw BlueBubbles channel plugin

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization via the webhook authentication. An attacker can gain unauthorized access and inject arbitrary webhook events by sending requests from a loopback address or exploiting a reverse proxy configuration.

Workaround

This vulnerability can be mitigated by setting a non-empty webhook password and avoiding deployments where a public-facing reverse proxy forwards to a loopback-bound gateway without strong upstream authentication.
