Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

request-filtering-agent is an An http(s).Agent implementation that block request Private IP address.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncaught Exception via the createConnection method in RequestFilteringHttpAgent and RequestFilteringHttpsAgent, when a blocked IP address is encountered during connection setup. The validation error is thrown synchronously rather than being passed through the socket error path, causing an unhandled exception that crashes the Node.js process. An attacker can trigger this by causing the agent to attempt a connection to a filtered address.
