Overview

@sync-in/server is a The secure, open-source platform for file storage, sharing, collaboration, and syncing

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Server-side Request Forgery (SSRF) in the downloadFromUrl process due to insufficient validation of IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses in the regExpPrivateIP regular expression. An attacker can access internal network resources by supplying a crafted URL that uses an IPv4-mapped IPv6 address, causing the server to bypass intended access restrictions.
