Overview

vm2 is a sandbox that can run untrusted code with whitelisted Node's built-in modules.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the Buffer.concat and Buffer.from functions. An attacker can exhaust host memory resources by supplying crafted arguments that bypass configured allocation limits, leading to excessive memory allocation.
