Overview
vm2 is a sandbox that can run untrusted code with whitelisted Node's built-in modules.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource via the tls module. An attacker can modify the process-wide certificate authorities by invoking setDefaultCACertificates, which may cause subsequent HTTPS clients to trust attacker-controlled certificates.
