CWE-295  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade Minimos:latest curl-openssl-3.0 to version 8.20.0-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream curl-openssl-3.0 package and not the curl-openssl-3.0 package as distributed by Minimos. See How to fix? for Minimos:latest relevant fixed versions and status.

When curl is told to use the Certificate Status Request TLS extension, often referred to as OCSP stapling, to verify that the server certificate is valid, it fails to detect OCSP problems and instead wrongly consider the response as fine.
