How to fix?

Upgrade admidio/admidio to version 5.0.8 or higher.

Overview

admidio/admidio is a free open source user management system for websites of organizations and groups.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Cross-site Request Forgery (CSRF) in the approval process for pending user registrations in modules/registration.php when handling the create_user, assign_member, and assign_user modes. An attacker can trigger unauthorized approval or account takeover by tricking a user with the rol_approve_users right into visiting a crafted URL, which causes the application to process registration approvals or account merges without proper verification.
