How to fix?

Upgrade bottelet/flarepoint to version 2.2.1 or higher.

Overview

bottelet/flarepoint is a free, open-source and self-hosted CRM platform based of Laravel

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Insecure Encryption due to missing of minimum password length or password strength validation from the application’s side. A user with privileges to update his password could change it to a weak password, such as those with a length of a single character. This may allow an attacker to brute-force users’ passwords with minimal to no computational effort.
