How to fix?

Upgrade concrete5/concrete5 to version 9.5.1 or higher.

Overview

concrete5/concrete5 is a concrete5 open source CMS.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Cross-site Request Forgery (CSRF) via the do_update process. An attacker can initiate unauthorized updates by crafting a cross-site POST request that triggers a core update to an attacker-specified version. This is only exploitable if the user is authorized to upgrade and a valid update version is present under the core updates directory.
