The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

contao/core-bundle is an Open Source PHP Content Management System for people who want a professional website that is easy to maintain.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the ModuleRegistration::compile process. An attacker can trigger the system to send unlimited activation emails to arbitrary addresses by repeatedly submitting POST requests to a page containing the registration module, potentially causing nuisance to recipients and revealing whether an email address has a pending registration. This is only exploitable if the target address has an unconfirmed registration (i.e., tl_member.disable = 1 with an unconfirmed reg- opt-in token), and the attacker can create this state since registration does not require ownership proof. On sites where reg_activate is disabled, this branch is unreachable.
