craftcms/cms is a content management system.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Template Injection via the Twig function blocklist bypass. An attacker can execute arbitrary code, read files, or perform server-side request forgery by invoking unblocked PHP functions through non-Closure arrow functions in Twig, provided they have sufficient permissions, such as a compromised admin account, access to the System Messages utility, or allowAdminChanges enabled on production. This is only exploitable if one of these conditions is met.
