Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Authorization via the elements/save process. An attacker can change their own password without providing the current password, and, if possessing the edit users permission, can change other users' passwords, including those of administrators, by exploiting mass assignment of the newPassword field. This is only exploitable if the attacker has access to the control panel and, for changing other users' passwords, the edit users permission without the Administrate users permission.
